Feng Zhu is a designer and a well known concept artist who worked on many projects including the first two Star Wars movies. He's in charge of a school in Singapore and has recorded many episodes that contain tips and advice not only pertaining to techniques but also industrial experiences.
Although watching him paint is entertaining, the knowledge he provides in these videos are invaluable.
