For our project, we wanted to present the pita chips in a 3 dimensional space, so that viewers could observe them from various angles and perspectives. We put up three separate strings of pita chips at different depths to create perspective and spaced each pita chip apart so observers could look at each one more closely. The strings of pita chips were also hung at eye-level so the viewer could walk up to the pita chips and see/smell/touch/(maybe even taste) the chips; this took the pita chips out of a traditional 2D space and put them in an 3D environment where people could interact with them. The draft in the room, which tended to spin some pita chips around, accentuated this 3D aspect of the project.
