I liked all three random points you chose, specifically because they are not obvious choices for points. I thought you did a great job exploring the ways to bring attention to the tip of your nose. Your instruction to "Darken the area around it" brought to attention the way a point interacts with its surroundings. By bringing into focus the area immediately surrounding a point you also brought attention to the point itself and the ways in which the point is involved within its setting.
